Bright Advisory Group’s submission to the Mount Isa Transformation Study examines the near-term viability of the Mount Isa-Townsville copper system and the decisions that will shape its future evolution.
Rather than assessing projects and infrastructure in isolation, the submission considers the regional system as an interconnected composition of mines, processing infrastructure, power, logistics, commercial structures and public policy. It proposes a risk-aware approach that tests assumptions across these interfaces and considers whether near-term decisions preserve or constrain future regional options.
The submission was provided to the Mount Isa Transformation Study which is led by CRU International in order to support discussion of the region’s future industrial capability.
